Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions. All requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Product received is different from what was ordered
- Product is visibly spoiled, stale, or of poor quality upon arrival
- Package arrived damaged or was tampered with during delivery
- Incorrect quantity or weight was delivered
- Product has a foreign object or contamination inside
- Item was past its best-before date at time of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, consumed, or partially used
- Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
- Complaint is about taste preference (e.g., "too salty" or "not sweet enough")
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage
- Incorrect address provided by the customer causing delay/spoilage
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return or refund request:

Call or WhatsApp us at +92 339 4005802, or email contact@dryfruitsmart.pk with your order number and reason.
Send Photos / Evidence
Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue — damaged packaging, wrong item, quality problem, etc.
Await Our Review
Our team will review your complaint within 1–2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies for a return or refund.
Resolution
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or process a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
Once a return or refund is approved, we will process it using the method most convenient for you.

Exchanges
We happily exchange products if you received the wrong item or a defective one. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product you want is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit instead.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Once an exchange is approved, the replacement order will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please do not discard it until you've contacted us. We may ask for the product to be returned via our courier partner at no cost to you.
In most cases of damage or incorrect delivery, we will send a full replacement at no additional charge, or issue a complete refund — whichever you prefer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank account). Please provide your account details when raising a complaint. We do not process cash refunds at the door.
