Delete Your Dry Fruits Mart Account

If you no longer wish to use your Dry Fruits Mart account, you can delete your account directly from within the app. If you are unable to access the app, you can use the account deletion form below or email our support team for assistance.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Removed

Your Personal Data

Your account profile, name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, wishlist, shopping cart, and other personal account information will be permanently deleted.

Retained

Order Records

To comply with applicable tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, certain transaction records may be retained for the period required by law. These records are no longer associated with an active customer account.

Timeframe

Immediate Account Deletion

When you delete your account from within the Dry Fruits Mart app, your account is deleted immediately. You will no longer be able to sign in using that account.

Data We May Retain

We may retain the following information only where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Completed order and invoice records

  • Tax and accounting records

  • Fraud prevention and security records

These records are retained only for legal, regulatory, and security purposes and are not used for marketing after your account has been deleted.
